In December 2023 we took over the production of Mr. Hartley's famous 2D wooden model bell. Following his passing in January 2026, we strive to continue his legacy and keep his ingenious design going.
Keeping the same flat 2D design but using modern technology, we have given it a face-lift with some design improvements. Featuring a new frame design, they are now 3D Printed, swings on ball bearings, has a rope-stay & hook, and features a more realistic bell rope.

Refurbishment of a baldrick clapper.
This baldrick clapper was found underground in a private owner's garden. The owner asked if we would like to keep it. We have given it a full refurbishment. All iron-work was sand-blasted clean, then spray-painted. A new polyacetal block was CNC-Machined to specifications. A new leather-strap was measured & cut. The original rivets couldn't be salvaged, so new galvanised bolts have been used to finish the assembly of the clapper.
